1. Application and Features of Single-Shaft Shredder

It can realize the two-way tearing of materials, with higher shredding efficiency and faster speed. It can handle a wider range of waste materials and is more suitable for harder materials than its single-shaft shredder. It is suitable for a wide range of waste materials, from durable materials such as vehicle accessories and metal products to common waste products such as barrel products, plastic products, wood, and paper, to garbage, electronic appliances, glass products, waste furniture, and even medical waste and hazardous materials.

The double-shaft shredder has a fast crushing speed and low energy consumption, but the crushed material is relatively large in size and needs to be processed into granules.

3. Application and Characteristics of Four-Shaft Shredder

The four-axis shredder is equipped with four blades with strong gripping and shearing capabilities. It can be used as solid waste disposal equipment for shredding metal barrels, waste tires, hard plastics, car shells, scrapped home appliances, waste mattresses, and other tough waste materials. Not only does it save the pressing component, but it can also flexibly control the crushing size of the final material through the built-in screen, which has a special effect on the crushing of various materials.

It combines the advantages of double shaft and single shaft, with large torque. It improves the material crushing efficiency, better controls the size and consistency of the output, and increases the output and discharges the material evenly. But the disadvantage is that it is expensive.
