1. Q: What’s the material of your blades?

A：We need to suggest suitable blades material according to your processed material. We often use SKD, H13, 9CrSi, DC53, 5WSiCr, and so on.

2. Q: What’s the lead time

A: If we have stock, 3 days are OK. If we don’t have, we need to see your quantity and other requirements. Usually, 7-20 days.

3. Q: What’s the package.

A: Inside, we use plastic or oil paper, outside is standard export wooden box.

4. Q: What’s the transportation method?

A: If you need the blades urgently, we can send them to you by Fedex or DHL Express. If not urgently, ship is much cheaper, our sea port is Shanghai port.

5. Q: Do you provide inspection video?

A: Yes. We will send before balance payment. Like hardness test result.

6. Q: Payment

A: 50% T/T in advance, 50% T/T before shipping. If customized shapes or small order, 100% T/T in advance. Western union is OK too.
