Before customers change plastic crusher blades, please shut down the machine and turn off the power to ensure that the plastic crusher has completely stopped running, and cut off the power supply to prevent accidental startup during the blade replacement process.
Now start installing the new moving and fixed blades of the crusher. If you want an operation video, please contact us, or see our YouTube video. Thank you.

For the moving blades, you can first slightly fix the first screw and the fourth screw, and then use a hammer or wrench to continuously knock and adjust to the appropriate position to make the gap between the blades as small as possible. Finally, tighten the screws and fix it.
Then follow the same steps to adjust the position of the remaining moving blades and tighten them.
Be sure to note that the two fixed blades at the back are installed upside down.
It is also the same method. First, tighten the first screw and the fourth screw slightly, then adjust the fixed blades’ position, tighten the screws, and then fix the small screws in front of the machine. Further, fix the fixed knife position.
The gap is about the thickness of a piece of paper. It just touches the blades visually, but no sound is made. After confirming that everything is correct, tighten the fixed blade screws in sequence. Then tighten the moving blade screws in sequence.

Before turning on the power, manually turn the blade shaft to check whether it turns smoothly and whether there is any collision or abnormal sound.
