We have a spectrum analyzer for inspecting the blade material. Before packaging the blades, we provide the inspection videos to show that we use the right steel material. Some other factories use cheap blade material, but tell customers a better blade material name, which is very terrible.

After heat treatment, we will use ultrasonic flaw detection equipment to check the internal structure of the blade for cracks. 80% of factories don't have ultrasonic flaw detection equipment. They just want to finished production in a hurry. That's the reason why some factory blades will break.
