1. Introduction on Plastic Recycling Machine, Crusher Blades
Plastic recycling machines often use crusher blades. Crusher blades have different materials, like SKD, H13, 9CrSi, DC53, 5WSiCr, and so on. Different chemical compositions of the processed material require different blade angles and blade materials. Blade sizes can be customized, too.

3. Production Process
SKD11 Material: Best hardness 57-58, very high wear resistance, not easy to round edges, fast crushing speed.
9CrSi: HRC54-56. Medium wear resistance spring steel.
55CrSi: HRC52-53. ordinary wear resistance.
Note: the blade hardness should be appropriate, not the higher the better.
